Aspen Pet Loss Counselling
As with any loss, the death of a much-loved pet can be devastating and leave an unbearable gap as you lose both a member of the family, a friend and a companion.
It is normal to feel emotions such as shock and confusion, anger, depression and feeling very alone and isolated in your grief.
The first and most important step in coping with your pain is to talk about how you feel and what the loss of your pet means to you rather than denying how you feel.
My name is Sue Lacey and I am a professional counsellor. Please call me if you are struggling to cope with your loss and we can meet and decide whether Pet Loss Counselling will be helpful for you.
